SHIPPING METHODS

Paintings are professionally packaged and shipped via Fedex, Purolator, Loomis, USPS, UPS or Canada Post within one week of purchase.  Dana will update you with a tracking number once items have shipped. 
Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment.
Dana is not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address.
Dana is not responsible for additional customs fees when shipping internationally.

Paintings on Paper pieces will be shipped flat.
Prints will be drop shipped.
DAMAGES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No exchanges or refunds, all sales are final.

RENTALS & TRIALS

Select pieces are available to rent for a 15% fee of the retail price.  Please enquire directly about rentals.  Dana also allows pieces to be borrowed on trial if that is helpful to the customer in visualizing the piece in their space.  Available for Vancouver clients only, pieces can be borrowed for upto 3 days.
